Lucca Connector

Thanks to the Lucca Cleemy – Lucca Poplee connector, you can manage your employees’ information at the click of a button! It will be automatically sent to your SAP ERP. All your employees have to do is create their expense reports in Lucca, then the add-on takes care of sending them back to SAP Business ByDesign!

This add-on is aimed at all companies with employees and expense reports.

The Lucca connector add-on features:

• Creation of employee records using the Lucca personnel number (surname, first name, bank details, cost centre)
• Automatic creation of the employee as a user with inactive status in Business ByDesign
• Update employee records (change of bank details, transfers, etc.)
• Daily creation in Business ByDesign of each expense claim approved in Lucca
• Checks the existence of the expense claim in Business ByDesign to avoid duplication
• Generation of accounting entries for expense claims with auxiliarisation of debt accounts
• Automated management of deductible VAT on expense claims
• Expense claims can be paid via Business ByDesign
