Project Scope: Implementing SAP Business ByDesign for Diabolocom
Background:
Diabolocom is a thriving SME with an international presence. With over 150 employees spread across multiple countries and more than 350 customers in sectors such as retail, automotive, banking, insurance, and property, Diabolocom has experienced significant growth since its inception.
The primary goal of the IS project was to implement an SAP Cloud ERP to support Diabolocom’s digital transformation. Prior to this, their teams were using traditional accounting software more suitable for accountancy firms.

Diabolocom’s next step is extending the solution to its international subsidiaries, particularly in Spain, Germany, and the UK.
