Project Uploader Add-on

The Project Uploader add-on makes it easier to prepare and update planning elements of your projects like manpower, materials, expenses regularly.

Easily prepare your data in a pre-configured and defined Excel template and import the same in the Business ByDesign solution within minutes. This add-on helps in building the project structure by creating/updating the Tasks information including scheduling and planning elements.

User can easily monitor and track the Import progress in the system and is notified with logs of import results.

This add-on is designed for all project-based companies.

This add-on is available on SAP Business ByDesign ERP.

The Project Uploader add-on features:

• Creation and update of following set of information on your project easily:
• Creation of new Tasks or update existing Tasks including Scheduling parameters like duration, constraints, etc
• Adding new team members or adjusting existing ones with period plans
• Adding new expenses groups or adjusting existing ones with period plans
• Adding new materials or adjusting existing planned quantities for both non-stock and stock managed
• Defining dependencies among Tasks impacting the project schedule
